Strawberry Cream Cheese Fried Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  2. Assemble the Sandwiches:

    • Lay out a slice of toast bread and spread a tablespoon of the filling in the center.

    • Cover with another slice of bread.

    • Press the edges gently to seal, using a fork to ensure they are well closed.

  3. Coating:

    • Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure it is fully coated.

  4. Frying:

    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

    • Fry the sandwiches for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

    • Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

  5. Serving:

    • Dust the sandwiches with powdered sugar or a cinnamon-sugar mix.

    • Serve warm with extra strawberry sauce or vanilla ice cream.
