Pasta with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh basil leaves
3 garlic cloves
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (or Romano cheese)
200g pasta (any type)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
In a pan, sauté 2 minced garlic cloves in a little olive oil until fragrant.
Add the cooked pasta and pesto sauce to the pan, stirring well to combine.
Sprinkle an extra tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on top.
Serve hot and enjoy!
