Lotus Biscuit Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg yolk
1 pack (200ml) cream
1 pack Lotus biscuits
For Topping:
200ml whipped cream
1 tbsp Lotus spread
Instructions:
In a pot, mix all ingredients except the whipped cream and cook over medium heat while stirring continuously.
Remove from heat and add one pack of cream, then whisk well.
Crush the Lotus biscuits into fine crumbs using a blender.
In serving glasses, add a layer of crushed biscuits.
Pour a layer of pudding over the biscuits.
Repeat the layering process: biscuits, pudding, biscuits.
Finish with a final layer of whipped cream and drizzle Lotus spread on top for decoration.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
