Dessert Mango


A delicious mango pudding served in elegant glass cups, topped with fresh mango chunks. The pudding has a smooth, glossy texture and a rich golden-yellow color, making it a visually appealing and tasty treat.

Ingredients: ● 4 cups concentrated mango juice ● ½ cup sugar (or adjust to taste) ● 4 tablespoons cornstarch ● Mango chunks for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix the mango juice, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.

  2. Place the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens and comes to a boil.

  3. Pour the mixture into serving glasses.

  4. Refrigerate until the pudding sets.

  5. Garnish with mango chunks and serve. Enjoy!
