Dessert Mango

Ingredients: ● 4 cups concentrated mango juice ● ½ cup sugar (or adjust to taste) ● 4 tablespoons cornstarch ● Mango chunks for garnish
Instructions:
Mix the mango juice, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Place the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens and comes to a boil.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
Refrigerate until the pudding sets.
Garnish with mango chunks and serve. Enjoy!
