Creamy Grape Salad with Toasted Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups red grapes (washed and dried)

  • 2 cups green grapes (washed and dried)

  • ½ cup heavy cream or thick cream

  • ¼ cup cream cheese (optional)

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup toasted and chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or any preferred nuts)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the red and green grapes after washing and drying them well.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream (or thick cream), cream cheese (if using), sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the grapes and gently mix to coat them evenly.

  4. Sprinkle the toasted chopped nuts on top.

  5. Refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors meld and serve chilled.

  6. Enjoy this refreshing and creamy grape salad!
