Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Spaghetti

Ingredients:
200g spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
200g bacon (chopped)
250g mushrooms (sliced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 cup cooking cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Crisp the Bacon:
Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Cook the bacon until crispy, then remove it from the pan, keeping the fat for extra flavor.
3. Sauté the Aromatics:
In the same pan, add garlic and onion.
Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion turns translucent.
4. Cook the Mushrooms:
Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and tender.
5. Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
Pour in the cooking cream and let it simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Combine Everything:
Return the spaghetti and crispy bacon to the pan. Toss well to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce
