Ingredients:
4 cups cooked white rice
2 carrots
1 medium onion
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 cup bean sprouts
3 eggs
1 pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Preparation Steps:
Cook four cups of white rice with water and a little salt.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables:
Peel and dice the carrots into small cubes, the same size as the onion.
Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Wash the bean sprouts well.
Keep all ingredients in separate containers.
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan or wok.
Sauté the vegetables, starting with the carrots, then adding the garlic, onion, and bean sprouts.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Gradually add the sesame oil while stirring.
In a separate bowl, beat the three eggs together, then pour them into the pan.
By this time, the rice should be fully cooked.
Drain the rice and add it to the pan.
Mix everything well and stir-fry for about three minutes.
Add the soy sauce, mix again, and let it cook for another minute.
Serve hot and enjoy! 🍛
