Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pack of fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup cooking cream
1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp flour
1 chicken stock cube
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken cubes and cook until golden brown.
3. Add Flavor:
Add minced garlic and diced bell peppers, stirring well.
Season with salt, black pepper, and a chicken stock cube.
4. Make the White Sauce:
Stir in flour and mix until no lumps remain.
Gradually add milk while stirring continuously.
Cook for 2 minutes, then add cooking cream and mozzarella cheese.
5. Combine & Serve:
Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add cooked fettuccine and mix well until fully coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
