Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe



A delicious plate of creamy chicken fettuccine Alfredo served on a white dish. The pasta is coated in a rich white sauce with tender chicken pieces and colorful bell peppers. Garnished with fresh parsley, the dish is placed on a wooden table with warm lighting

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of fettuccine pasta

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 ½ cups milk

  • 1 cup cooking cream

  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 1 chicken stock cube

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente.

  • Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add chicken cubes and cook until golden brown.

3. Add Flavor:

  • Add minced garlic and diced bell peppers, stirring well.

  • Season with salt, black pepper, and a chicken stock cube.

4. Make the White Sauce:

  • Stir in flour and mix until no lumps remain.

  • Gradually add milk while stirring continuously.

  • Cook for 2 minutes, then add cooking cream and mozzarella cheese.

5. Combine & Serve:

  • Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

  • Add cooked fettuccine and mix well until fully coated.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
