Caramel Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, or any fruit of your choice)
Instructions:
👉 Prepare the Caramel:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water.
Cook without stirring until the sugar melts and turns golden brown.
Pour the caramel into the mold and set aside.
👉 Prepare the Pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the molds.
Place the molds in a larger baking dish filled with hot water, ensuring the water reaches halfway up the sides of the molds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for about 50-60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the water bath.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled and garnish with fresh fruits of your choice.
