Caramel Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 can milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, or any fruit of your choice)

Instructions:

👉 Prepare the Caramel:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water.

  2. Cook without stirring until the sugar melts and turns golden brown.

  3. Pour the caramel into the mold and set aside.

👉 Prepare the Pudding:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the molds.

  3. Place the molds in a larger baking dish filled with hot water, ensuring the water reaches halfway up the sides of the molds.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for about 50-60 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the water bath.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  7. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh fruits of your choice.
